Registration
Families currently registered in the parish, with children from preschool through senior high, will be mailed a registration form in late July. Registration forms are also available in the Parish Office after August 1st. A fee is charged and a child must pay for lost books.
The registration form enables you to register for preschool, catch-up/RCIC class, first sacraments, elementary, junior high, and senior high programs.
Contact the Parish Office to register in Faith Formation, or
use the on-line registration form, or print out the registration form, complete it, and return it to the parish office.
