Becoming...."a Church that is Poor and for the Poor"
Conversation with Food and Music on Pope Francis:
Pope Francis has won the attention of an “indifferent” world to the advantage of Christians in general and Catholics in particular. He has also described what he wishes that the world sees when they look at us: “A Church that is Poor and for the Poor”. We can all relate to a “Church for the Poor”, but how do we make sense out of the “Church that is Poor”. This workshop promises an answer.
There will be 3 consecutive sessions in the month of March:
March 10th, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Presentations and Group Conversations with food and Music
March 15th, 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon: Immersion experience in Minneapolis on the same subject of conversation
March 17th 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Reflections in East Meeting Room
Come and share , learn and be inspired! RSVP is required. For more information, please contact Okey Anyanwu at the Parish Office. Register online.
