ROYAL KIDS AFTER SCHOOL CARE PROGRAM
2012 – 2013 SCHOOL YEAR
St. Vincent de Paul’s Royal Kids Program is designed to provide a safe, fun, stimulating environment while also promoting the values of our Catholic faith and the mission of our parish. We also provide our students with a wide variety of activities to enhance the excellent education they are already receiving during their school day.
Royal Kids offers regular full and part time care for kids in grades K-5. Kids are expected to complete their homework before moving into the fun activities offered.
Homework Club is strictly for kids in grades 6-8. The focus of Homework Club is to provide a supervised environment where kids can complete their homework with their peers, get help if needed, and then just hang out with friends or join the activities of the whole group, if desired. On Wednesdays, grades 7 & 8 participants can go right from Homework Club to EDGE.
We also offer Drop-in care for kids in grades K-8. The After School Program, including Drop-In and Homework Club, is open from 1:30 until 5:45 PM.
Royal Kids also offers care for participants on school release days. The hours are 7:00 AM to 5:45 PM. Lunch and morning and afternoon snacks are provided.
Enrollment for the following days must be completed by Tuesday, Sept. 4:
October 12, 18, and 19.
Enrollment for the following days must be completed by Friday, January 4:
January 21, February 1, 15, and 18, March 8, and April 26.
Drop-in participants will be accepted on school release days at an increased daily rate.
NOTE - NO AFTER SCHOOL CARE ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 21 AND DURING WINTER AND SPRING BREAK.
You may register your child for school days only, drop-in only, school release days only, or any combination of the three.
Program Fees:
$14.00 per day, per child for full and part time regular participants (Grades K-5)
$17.00 per day, per child for drop-in participants (Grades K-8)
$6.00 per day, per child for Homework Club participants (Grades 6-8)
$30.00 per day, per child for pre-registered school release days (Grades K-8)
$45.00 per day, per child for drop-in care on school release days (Grades K-8)
$25.00 registration fee per family (Nonrefundable)
